Greg Bolden, Managing Partner

Mr. Bolden has more than 11 years experience in sales, IT, general management and finance executive searches. His main focus has been business line responsibility for leadership coaching and consulting solutions for The Executive Consulting Group, Inc..

Greg has expertise as an executive coach, delivery of leadership team development and business development. He has successfully coached senior executives to enhance and develop their leadership style and behaviors.

His operational and sales leadership experience spans multiple industries. He has a demonstrated track record of developing high performing teams to deliver quality customer service and ensure client satisfaction, while increasing revenues and control of costs to result in increased profitability.

Text Box: Cassandra M. Bolden, President & CEO Cassandra drives business development efforts and executes searches for her clients in senior level professionals. She brings to each search the experience and insight of more than nine years as a senior Human Resources executive. Throughout her career, Cassandra developed expertise in assessing and developing senior leadership talent necessary to ensure an organization’s capability to achieve business goals. Cassandra studied Business Administration - Marketing at the University of Arkansas – Little Rock. She is an active member with a local non-profit organization for disadvantaged women and children.

John Sykes , Director (Research)

John Sykes is Director of Research for The Executive Consulting Group, Inc. He is responsible for all aspects of the research process on behalf of our clients. Prior to joining The Executive Consulting Group, Inc., John spent ten years working as an Independent Contractor for various Fortune 500 Companies.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina (UNC).

Jennifer Webb , Project Coordinator

Jennifer joined The Executive Consulting Group, Inc. as a Project Coordinator where her savvy assessment skills in management positions have placed her in a key recruiting role on most of the major staffing assignments within our organization. Jennifer works directly with our account executives in order to streamline the processes. Jennifer researches pertinent information according to our current business, and contracts. Some of her duties include name gathering, candidate introductions, reference checks and researching important industry information. Jennifer uses any and all sources she can find to update and refine her recruiting and industry knowledge.

Matthew Barrett, Finance

Matthew Barrett is Finance Director for The Executive Consulting Group, Inc. Matthew manages financial reporting, general ledger accounting, accounting controls and policies and supervision of the accounting department's employees.

Matthew has more than 10 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining The Executive Consulting Group, Inc, he worked with a manufacturing company, as Controller, where he managed planning, finance and accounting.
